Cricex Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Cricex platform, including the sports betting section, live casino, game lobby, VIP programme or any other feature, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These terms form the entire agreement between you and Cricex regarding your use of the platform. Any previous arrangements, verbal or written, are superseded by this document. Cricex reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one active account on Cricex. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone else.
• Notify Cricex immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

Cricex is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where the account holder has not taken reasonable steps to protect their login details.

Account registration is for personal use only. Registering accounts on behalf of other individuals, or allowing others to operate your account, is not permitted.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Cricex are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Deposits are typically reflected in your Cricex balance within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
• Cricex does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited must be used for betting or gaming. Depositing funds solely to move money in and out of the platform without genuine gameplay is not permitted.
• Cricex reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit that raises a compliance concern.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same PKR payment method used for your deposit — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer. Withdrawals to a different method or to a third-party account are not permitted.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day.
• Processing times vary by account tier. Standard accounts are processed within the normal timeframe displayed in the withdrawal section. VIP members benefit from progressively faster processing at each tier, with Diamond VIP accounts receiving same-day priority processing.
• All active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Cricex reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure and not a reflection of account standing.
• Fraudulent withdrawal requests, or requests that violate any section of these terms, will be declined and may result in account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Cricex are subject to the specific rules of the sport or market being wagered on. General betting rules that apply across all markets include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Cricex reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an error in odds has occurred due to a technical fault or data feed issue.
• In-play or live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, data unavailability or other circumstances outside Cricex's control.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per match. These limits are visible within each market before confirmation.
• Bets on abandoned, postponed or cancelled events will be settled according to the specific rules of the relevant sport.
• PSL and cricket-specific rules: For PSL and T20 international matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for a match result to stand. Full details are available within the betting rules section of your account.
• Suspected match fixing, collusion, or abuse of any betting market will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Cricex may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and device.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Cricex reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed outcome, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance or associated winnings not used within the stated time will be removed from the account.
• Cricex may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Live Casino Rules

The Cricex live casino features real dealer games streamed in real time, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar and Teen Patti. Players participating in live casino games agree to the following:

• Game results are determined by real physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins) and are final. No disputes regarding game outcomes will be accepted once a round has concluded.
• Technical disconnections during a live casino round are the responsibility of the player's internet connection. Bets placed before a disconnection remain valid and will be settled according to the round result.
• Disruptive or abusive behaviour in the live chat feature available during live casino sessions may result in chat restrictions or account suspension.
• Table limits (minimum and maximum bets per round) vary by table variant and are displayed before joining each table.

9 VIP Programme

The Cricex VIP programme offers four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP status is earned through consistent wagering activity across sports betting, live casino and slots. The following rules apply:

• VIP tier progression is calculated based on your total wagering volume over a rolling period. The specific thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.
• VIP benefits — including weekly cashback rates, withdrawal processing speeds and account manager access — are tied to your current tier and may change if your activity drops below the tier threshold.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the applicable cashback period. It is credited as bonus funds subject to standard wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
• Cricex reserves the right to amend VIP tier benefits, thresholds and cashback rates at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts.

10 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cricex and will result in account termination, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral for further action:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or mispriced odds.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing or any form of corruption in any sport covered on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from any unlawful source.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to circumvent any security or identity verification measure on the platform.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Cricex reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that these terms have been violated. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting or bonus abuse, the account may be suspended immediately pending investigation.

• During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily withheld while the investigation is ongoing.
• If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance returned.
• If a violation is confirmed, Cricex reserves the right to forfeit any balance derived from the prohibited activity. Funds deposited from legitimate sources will be returned minus any amounts linked to the violation.
• Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal timeframe before the account is closed.

12 Privacy and Data

Cricex collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to your data being collected, stored and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and customer support.
• Cricex does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners as necessary to operate the platform.

13 Responsible Gaming

15 Changes to These Terms
