Account & Login

Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Head to the Register page, enter your Pakistan mobile number or email address, choose a strong password and confirm you are 18 or older. Once your mobile or email is verified, your account is active and you can log in straight away to make your first PKR deposit.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email and you will receive a verification code or reset link within a couple of minutes. Follow the steps to set a new password. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact support via live chat.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are a breach of the platform terms and conditions. If multiple accounts linked to the same person are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances held pending review. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support before making any deposits.

Deposits

Cricex supports the payment methods most commonly used by Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer via IBFT, and debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion fee or hidden markup.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Cricex balance within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time — usually under 30 minutes during business hours. If a deposit has not appeared after 60 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Yes, a minimum deposit threshold applies and varies by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa typically have a lower minimum entry point, making them convenient for players who want to start with a smaller PKR amount. The exact minimum for each method is shown on the deposit screen inside your account. There is no benefit to depositing more than you are comfortable with — always set a session budget first.

A pending status usually means the payment is being processed by the payment provider and should resolve within a short time. If the pending status remains after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking app and share it with the support team via live chat. Do not attempt to make a second deposit for the same amount until the first one is resolved.

Withdrawals

Go to the Withdrawal page inside your account, select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Make sure the account details you enter match the name on your Cricex account. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible, with most completing within a few hours.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers can take one to two business days depending on your bank. The status of your withdrawal — pending, approved or completed — is always visible inside your account dashboard so you do not need to guess or contact support unless something looks wrong.

Withdrawals can be declined for a few reasons: the account details entered do not match your registered information, identity verification has not been completed, an active bonus has wagering requirements still outstanding, or the withdrawal amount exceeds your current verified limit. Cricex does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type. These third-party fees — if any — are outside of Cricex's control. The amount you request is always the gross amount sent from your Cricex balance.

Betting & PSL

Yes. Cricex offers live in-play betting on PSL matches and other T20 and international cricket fixtures. Odds update ball by ball so you can bet on the current over, next wicket, match winner and various other markets throughout the game. Cricket is the main focus — PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and other tournaments — but Cricex also covers football, including international fixtures and major leagues. Esports betting is available for popular titles as well. The full list of available sports and upcoming matches is always visible on the Bet page once you are logged in.

The minimum bet amount varies by market and event. Generally the entry threshold is kept low so that players with different budgets can participate. The exact minimum is displayed next to each market on the betting slip before you confirm. Maximum stake limits also apply and are shown per market.

In the event of a match abandonment, rain interruption or any situation where a result cannot be officially determined, the standard outcome is that open bets on that event are voided and your stake is returned to your PKR balance. Specific rules may apply for certain markets — these are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Live Casino & Games

No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the wagering requirements of the offer. Once those requirements are fulfilled, the bonus converts to real PKR and becomes withdrawable.
